Burger King Is Giving Away 'Home of the Whopper' Signs to Those Who Get Delivery

Latest quarantine stunt comes amid reopenings

Always happy to join the cultural conversation, Burger King has been busy during the Covid pandemic, creating everything from Zoom backgrounds to social-distancing Whoppers (with triple the onions to give you bad breath and thus keep others away) to giant BK crowns (also keeping others six feet away).

Now, even as many BK restaurants are opening up, the brand is saluting those who continue to order home delivery. Beginning today, each time a consumer orders delivery on the BK App, they are enterted to win an official BK sign—proving your house really is a "Home of the Whopper"—plus free delivery for the summer.

The campaign was done by David. It's a bit reminiscent of BBDO Your Home, an app created at the beginning of Covid that allowed BBDO staff to brand their homes as official agency offices.
