Her impactful work for nonprofits includes "Price on Our Lives" and "The Most Vicious Cycle" for March For Our Lives; "Toddlers Kill" for the Brady Campaign; and "You don't have to be perfect to be a perfect parent" for the Ad Council.

Muse spent two minutes with Daniela—a member of the Print & Out-of-Home Jury for the 2019 Clio Awards—to hear more of her personal and professional stories.

Daniela tell us...

The town where you were born.

Rio de Janeiro.

What you wanted to be when you grew up.

A plastic surgeon.

How you discovered you were creative.

When I drew 600 different pairs of shoes in a sketchbook.

A person you idolized creatively growing up.

Krzysztof Kieślowski. I used to sneak out of school to go watch his movies in the art theaters in Rio.

A moment from high school or college that changed your life.

Campaigning and winning the elections for president of the "Blue Team" in my schoolwide Olympic Games. I thought I had won because of my athletic inclination, but in reality it was because of the holographic stickers I designed with my name on them.

The first concert you saw, and your favorite band or musician today.

First concert: A-ha. Favorite today: David Byrne.

Your favorite artist.

Swoon.

Your favorite hero or heroine in fiction.

Shuri from Black Panther, the STEM prodigy.

The best book you've read lately.

Becoming by Michelle Obama. My daughter brought it home from school, and we started reading it together.

Your favorite movie.

Everything is Illuminated.

Your favorite Instagram follow.

@annstreetstudio.

Your favorite creative project you've ever worked on, and why.

March for Our Lives, "Price Tags" and "The Most Vicious Cycle." It feels good to disrupt the political system and piss off bad people.

Your favorite creative project from the past year, and why.

"Project Revoice," for the ALS Association. I love when different technologies creatively merge for a greater good.

Someone else's creative project that inspired you years ago.

JR's large-scale portraits and his complete body of work, pushing for social equality and giving a voice to the voiceless.

Someone else's creative project that you've been envious of lately.

Banksy's art stunts, like the self-destructing painting.

Your main strength as a creative person.

Perseverance.

Your weakness or blind spot.

Biting off more than I can chew.

One thing that always makes you happy.

Two little things: Alba and Henri.

One thing that always makes you sad.

Brazilian and American politics now.

What you'd be doing if you weren't in advertising.

Social activist/streaming platform critic/travel influencer/Met Gala goer.
