Dear FutureMatt Kandela is CEO of Brooklyn-based design and branding agency Dear Future.
Matt is the CEO and co-founder of Dear Future, a brand design and advisory studio with offices in New York and New Zealand.
Before launching Dear Future in 2017, Matt was the global new business director at Saatchi & Saatchi and over nearly a decade ran global and regional businesses including HSBC, Spectrum and Lenovo.
Over his career, Matt has led teams and created award winning brands and campaigns for Visa, Coca-Cola, BMW, Sony Ericsson and Pernod Ricard across two continents.
British born and now living in Brooklyn, he is passionate about consumer brands, entrepreneurship and sustainable design.
